You set the schedule.

No client acquisition.
We don't ask you to market yourself. Families come to us. We onboard you and place you.
FES-UA invoicing handled.
Most of our families pay through Florida's Family Empowerment Scholarship. We handle the invoicing through Step Up For Students. You get paid by us.
Curriculum and training included.
Our instruction is aligned with ABA principles and practices (clear prompts, reinforcement schedules, errorless teaching, visual structure). We train you on the curriculum. You don't have to invent it.
Who we're looking for.
Must-haves
- Teaching experience (classroom, tutoring, or therapy setting)
- Comfortable working with autistic and special-needs students
- Reliable schedule, even if flexible. Autism families need predictability.
- Strong written communication with parents (we email a lot)
- Eligible to work in the US as a 1099 contractor
Nice-to-haves
- ESE, SPED, or Special Education credential or certification
- ABA experience (you've worked with a BCBA, run behavior plans)
- Florida residency (FES-UA provider eligibility easier)
- Bilingual (Spanish especially helpful)
- Comfortable with reading interventions (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, etc.)
